CANCELLATION POLICY

CUSTOMER PLANS

If your plans change and you need to cancel or move your booking, we require a notice of at least 24 hours prior to the rental start time. In case of cancellation that meets these terms, we will refund your payment in full. We understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly, so we strive to make our cancellation policy as flexible as possible. Please note that no-show customers or customers deciding less than 24 hours in advance may forfeit booking charges. We may at our sole discretion provide partial refund. In the event of outside circumstance such as inclement weather further consideration will be given below:

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Sometimes mother nature has plans of her own. We do not cancel for light pop up rain, spotted showers, or overcast days. We do cancel for weather displaying imminent signs of danger (lightning, high winds, or tornado advisory's) or days that are completely rained out. Unfortunately these kinds of conditions may not be known 24 hours in advance and may result in last minute cancellations.  Should this occur we will either try to reschedule with you or provide a full refund. We ask that you please respect our decisions to cancel in the best interest of your safety. In any case that Leisure Time Marine Rentals Ltd. cancels your booking you will be fully refunded. Leisure Time Marine Rentals Ltd. reserves the right to cancellation. If your booking is not cancelled by Leisure Time Marine Rentals Ltd. you are responsible for the booking charges.
